Interior demolition of Open Office and Conference Rooms including partitions, finishes and MEP. Build out of four high density development bench labs, which included one rack containment area to support six racks and two in-row cooling units. MEP infrastructure included the build out of new exterior mechanical yard. Mechanical system was comprised of one seven stage modular chiller and one hybrid fluid cooler. Fluid cooler was fully sized allowing it to operate integrally to reduce chiller refrigeration requirements under favorable ambient conditions. Electrical infrastructure included the install of new transformer to support lab dedicated panels including Starline Busway for rack containment area and new mechanical equipment.
