Science Center Office and Laboratory Upgrades

This project involved interior renovations to an existing science center on a university campus. Existing class rooms, offices, and one cold room were demolished to build new offices and new laboratories. The tenant improvement work was undertaken during the University’s summer break on a very tight schedule. The project was completed on time and within the budget.
