Longfellow 3200/3400 Spec Lab

The project is a Design Build Spec lab spaces for one (1) quadrant of a building, tenants occupy the other three-fourths of the building. The project involves transforming approximately 12,000 SF of space from an office to an office/laboratory setting, including the construction of new open labs, lab support areas, breakrooms, open office areas, conference rooms, and huddle/phone rooms. The labs are designed to be move-in ready with basic lab amenities, but also to support any tenant-specific equipment, improvements, or additions.
