Chemistry and Analytical Lab

For this project we turned an occupied office area into a new Chemistry Lab and extended an existing lab into the adjacent office area to create a new Analytical lab. Med Chem room included installing a new sink and casework along with bench top and walk in fume hoods and lab benches, including new lighting and finishes.
At the Analytical lab we had to work around active NMR, where the tenant needed access to. The Analytical extension included lab benches, casework, fume hoods, gas lines and install new lighting, ceiling and finishes.
