B4 Additional Lab Renovation

Scope of work consists of the demolition of conference rooms, break room, and lobby. Tenant improvement includes new biochem labs & support area on the first floor of a 2-story building. Included new routing of electrical conduit from electrical room to new lab space including installing new panelboards that involved supporting existing lab chambers containing critical critical samples/products while performing standby power shutdown. Included new routing of HVAC to new converted lab space throughout building. New labs received new casework, fumehoods, fridges & freezers, VCT flooring, epoxy paint, process gas utilities, DI water, and aluminum wiremold throughout. Extension of existing corridor to exterior included new LVT flooring, paint refresh, and new storefront entrance.
