Tenant Improvement Project

The tenant improvement project was a 40,000 SF office build out in a brand new exterior shell building with utility and environmental modifications. The project included creating a conditioned space envelope, including a 29’ demising wall which separates office space from the warehouse. The new build out features an open floor plan for office space, private offices, a conference room, new bathroom core, lobby, and demo room. In addition to a new office space, modification of a new lighting system and more robust utility distribution took place which were required for two testing bunkers located in the warehouse. MAI assumed full MEP design-build responsibilities and completed the project on time and within budget.
