Tenant Improvement

This project involved a new office TI project for the occupants located on the second floor suite of a 2-story office building. The scope of work included interior demo, new walls, new lighting and electrical, and a server room build out. The server room included the addition of a dedicated 25-ton HVAC roof top unit.
