Shower Replacement

Refresh restrooms & locker rooms used by cafe / gym adjoining Building 3. Restroom scope involved new floor tile & wall tile, new partitions, plumbing fixtures, replacement can lights, shower accessories, and paint. Shower refresh involved replacement of wall tile and wet walls to removed rusted studs from previous water leakage, resealing showers, new tile throughout and new shower fixtures. Existing lockers and benches were removed/reconfigured for better operational flow. Temporary restroom trailer with hot water service was provided during construction to allow cafe to remain operational during construction of restrooms.
