Middlefield Rd Courtyard Improvement

The project was a landscaping improvement of the building entrance and courtyard area. This project scope included complete demolition of future EV infrastructure and construction of new landscapes. Although city permits were delayed, MAI was able to complete the project ahead of schedule with considerable client credit saving.
