Interior Renovation

This was a full-scale Design/Build project. The entire five-story corporate headquarters underwent an interior renovation as an occupied space. This project incorporated the lobby/elevator refresh with custom reception desk, bathroom upgrades on all five floors, breakroom upgrades, and a conversion of the data-center into a new employee lounge with custom-designed interior accent walls and carpeting. The customer presentation area and all-hands meeting areas also included the installation of new polished concrete floors with the company logo, new ceilings, lighting, and a glass door leading to the patio area.
