Building 2 and 3

The campus expansion project was a complete build out of two (2) buildings to facilitate the growth of this cutting-edge cancer flighting, large biosciences company. The project involved 62,000 SF of Lab & Office. Included in B3, is the construction of a Data Center including Generator Backup, UPS power, Redundant HVAC Units, VESDA & Pre-Action Fire Sprinkler system. Outside of the buildings is a 1,320 SF self-supported roof top platform and two (2) Exterior Equipment yards totaling 700 SF. Supporting the client’s critical needs in a power outage called for the installation of 200KW generators at each building. Our collaborative approach worked to maximize value, looking for savings and helping to ensure costs remain within the clients approved budget.
