NCRVA - Optometry Group TI in San Mateo, CA

This project involved a 4,000 SF tenant improvement for a specialized optometry group.
The scope included the build-out of multiple exam rooms, imaging rooms, and patient
preparation spaces, as well as a new breakroom, all-gender restroom, waiting area, and
reception with a custom millwork desk.

Located on the second floor of an occupied medical office building, the project required the
majority of work to be performed during night shifts to minimize disruption to ongoing tenant operations.
