Santa Clara University: Multi-Floor Dormitory Renovation

This renovation project delivered upgraded men’s and women’s restrooms, showers, kitchens, and storage rooms across three floors of the Dorms.

The work included full architectural and MEP design coordination and field execution, and it was successfully completed on an extremely tight schedule during the Summer 2025 break following city plan approval.

The project required close coordination of design disciplines, proactive material procurement, and detailed schedule management to maintain progress within the limited construction window. Strong communication with subcontractors and consistent progress tracking helped ensure smooth execution and on-time completion.
