Café Tenant Improvement

This project consisted of the conversion of an existing large Conference Room and Break Room to a new Full Service Kitchen. All work was performed in an occupied building. The new full service kitchen included industrial grade appliances, a walk in cold room and food prep areas. Also included was a new full-service servery line with stainless steel finishes and state of the art POS payment system. Site work included a new exterior Cart Wash area and new grease interceptor with pump station to pump to nearest sewer connection. The architectural finishes included both tile and sheet vinyl flooring, ceramic tile walls, wood and fabric ceilings, and custom graphics throughout. The bathrooms were also upgraded with new lighting and upgraded architectural finishes. The HVAC system was upgraded to include new exhaust hoods with Ansul fire protection systems, and new rooftop make up air and dedicated exhaust with fire rated grease shafts constructed from the first floor to the roof.
