Tenant Improvement

This project was a complete renovation of an existing office space. The entire area was transformed into a modern open office work environment with high end architectural features including shiplap walls, turf, and open ceilings. To complete the project, the project team had to completely reevaluate the design based on undocumented existing conditions. Collaboration with the Architect, Owner, and Engineers enabled the project to be completed in a timely and cost effective manor.
