Office to Warehouse Conversion Project

Project consisted of converting an existing office environment into a new storage warehouse. Included the installation of dock levelers, roll up doors, converting space from a acoustical ceiling to a t-bar ceiling. Due to existing conditions the space was not able to be used as originally planned. By working with the design team and the construction manager, we settled on the most cost effective solution. To reach our final design, 15 different plans were reviewed and priced. By redesigning we were able realize a cost savings of over $800,000.
