Fitness Center and Multipurpose Room

This project included the complete demolition and remodel of the existing fitness center, restroom core, and multi-purpose room. It encompassed the construction of fitness, weight training, aerobics and massage areas, in addition to a complete new design for the exterior entry and lobby areas. The men’s and women’s restrooms were completely refinished and additional showers and locker rooms were added. MAI reconfigured the multi-purpose room to accommodate a larger training area in the fitness center while maintaining a meeting facility for up to 175 people.
