Lab and Tenant Improvement in Fremont, CA

This 25,000 Square foot lab and Office TI consisted of retrofitting an existing chem lab and building new R&D labs with a BSL2 clean room space, 2 Cold rooms, and multiple lab support rooms with several fume hoods, and standby power throughout. The project also involved a new equipment yard for boilers and chillers to serve lab spaces. On the office side, we added a corporate conference room, and large breakroom/cafeteria area. To further support the client’s needs, we made several modifications to the server room and IDF/MPOE rooms, shipping and receiving Areas, and a warehouse/storage area.
