Stem Cell Therapies Manufacturing Labs & Office T.I.

MAI completed all phases to build the new Stem Cell manufacturing lab and office space, a facility used to develop Stem Cell based therapies across multiple chronic disease areas.
Phase A and Phase B included building cGMP Grade B manufacturing labs, including providing a new material lift and a new canopy at the shipping and receiving area. cGMP part included refinishing the QC Lab, Locker rooms, CNC corridors and two (2) cGMP Labs.
Phase C and Preliminary Office Work T.I. included new break area, open office collaborative spaces, refinishing the office rooms and widening the stair opening concrete deck for future equipment delivery.
