“Make Software: Change the World!”

This project consisted of converting shell space into an interactive museum space showcasing advancements in software development. MAI Construction installed the MEP infrastructure required for the new exhibits including significant upgrades to the existing electrical system for the new exhibits and extensive audio-visual equipment. Architecturally, a new raised polished concrete stage was installed, new flooring, drywall, and painting was completed. Two bathrooms were also expanded and upgraded. The project was completed on time and on budget.
