The tenant improvement consists of demolition of over 19,000 SF of existing office features and refreshing the entire building suite, with the exception of existing vivarium area to remain in place. New construction includes new laboratories, office facilities, installation of new exterior entry doors, upgrade of path of travel, installation of new 19’ liquid nitrogen storage tank and generator in expansion of rear loading dock fenced equipment yard. Office areas consist of new break room, conference rooms, open office, and lobby reception with new finishes throughout. The Lab spaces consists of new lab casework, fumehoods, freezers, LCMS, and new DI skid in rear warehouse area. The project also Includes upgrades to existing fire alarm system, rework of fire sprinkler system and new HVAC units on the roof.
