Kitchens and Breakroom refresh

Complete renovation of two kitchens, six break rooms, and a lobby at Santa Clara campus. The work included the installation of all new lighting, millwork, flooring, wall covering, branding, and appliances. Work was done over two phases with demolition completed on nights and weekends. MAI worked closely with vendors and client to meet tight delivery schedule and to minimize impact.
